KEY TEAM MEMBERS

Joseph A. Jaeger Jr., CEO of The MCC Group, is committed to developing innovative projects that spur economic and community development. He is recognized as a successful entrepreneur and developer.  Mr. Jaeger is the majority owner of several companies including the MCC Group and MCC Real Estate & Development. Under his guidance, the MCC Group has grown from a local mechanical company into a regional leader in construction services. His passion for thoughtful development, attention to detail, and integration of innovative infrastructure technologies, are evident in all MCC Group and MCC RE projects. Mr. Jaeger is a member of the Young Presidents Association, World Presidents Association, World Trade Center, Associated General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors Association of America, Northshore Area Foundation, and on the Board of The Audubon Nature Institute. He served on Gov. Bobby Jindal’s Advisory Council on Hurricane Recovery.

Craig Guidry, Executive Financial Asset Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of all properties in the MCC RE portfolio. This includes compiling and analyzing financial statements, managing tax obligations, and monitoring payroll. In addition to these responsibilities, Craig is also in charge of the financial analysis of all deals, and handles the financial closing of new properties, as well as, the refinancing of current assets. Craig is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and asset management. Prior to joining MCC, Craig served as the CFO for Stirling Properties.

Peter D. Aamodt, Senior Development Manager, joined MCC RE in 2014, and brings over 25 years of development experience. Mr. Aamodt has an extensive background in site selection, market research, site design, public participation programs, project management, and property development. Prior to joining MCC RE, Mr. Aamodt was Vice President of Development for Stirling Properties, Inc., where his responsibilities included the development of single and multi-tenant shopping centers.  Peter received a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University, Master of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.  He is a past State Chair of the Urban Land Institute and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as, a recent graduate of the 2014 Class of New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute.

Ryan M. Jaeger, Director of Pre-Development, oversees all aspects of the pre-development process including: site selection, financial analysis, acquisitions, and construction estimating. Prior to transitioning to MCC RE, Ryan gained extensive experience as an M.E.P. Project Manager for the MCC Group, where he worked on various large projects including the Charles J. Colton School, the Parkview Elementary School, and two separate Daughters of Charity medical office buildings in the greater New Orleans area. Ryan enjoys both hunting and fishing, and is a licensed plumber in the State of Louisiana.

Timothy J. Dwyer, MEP Specialist, has worked with MCC Group for over 30 years and has served in MEP-related management positions including Project Manager, Service Manager and Commissioning Manager.  Tim has an extensive technical background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.   He is responsible for evaluating and assessing the MEP systems during property operations and acquisition.  He is also responsible for design assistance, construction, and renovation and delivers commissioning services during all phases of construction and operation of the facilities.  Tim attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and graduated from the Local 60 Pipefitters program.  He is a Louisiana licensed Contractor, Master Plumber, Medical Gas Installer, and Mold Remediation Specialist.  In New Orleans, Tim is a Class A Electrical Contractor, Class A Refrigeration Contractor, and Class A Master Gas Fitter.   Tim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.

Anthony L. Peraino, Physical Asset Management, has been with MCC RE for over nine years. Anthony is responsible for overseeing the physical maintenance of the hospitality and residential properties in the MCC RE portfolio. Anthony is also responsible for overseeing historic property maintenance and renovations. Some recent projects in which Anthony has been an integral part of include the renovation of the Dauphine Orleans Hotel, Hotel Le Marais, Audubon Cottages, and Bourbon Orleans Hotel. Anthony is a graduate of Louisiana State University and is an avid golfer.

Mark E. Aguilar, Director of Procurement, has been with the MCC Group for over 16 years. Prior to joining MCC RE, Mark served the Director of Purchasing for the MCC Group. As Director of Procurement, Mark is responsible for the pricing, coordination, and purchasing of all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment for MCC RE’s portfolio. Additionally, Mark is in charge of creating and maintaining the brand standards for the New Orleans Hotel Collection. Mark graduated from the University of New Orleans and enjoys scuba diving.

Julie Gunther, Executive Administrator, began working with MCC RE in 2013. Julie brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and executive support to the MCC RE team. A graduate of Elaine P. Nunez College, Julie's interests include New Orleans nostalgia and 60’s era music.

Laurie Mayeux, Asset Management/Development Administrator, began working wih MCC RE in 2014, Laurie brings over 17 years of experience in commercial construction.  She was previously employed with Woodward Design+Build and prior to that, Ellis Construction as a Project Administrator and A/P.  Laurie handles license and tax issues for multiple entities as well as commercial construction accounting for multiple development projects.  Laurie is also involved with Construction Administration and A/R for mutiple entities.  Laurie's responsibilities have also included billing for The Jung Hotel, which was the first project in New Orleans to qualify for EB-5 Funding.  Studied 2 years of business and enjoys cooking and traveling.

Anne-Marie Fontenot, Assistant Asset Manager, has been with MCC RE for over 3 years.  Prior to joining MCC RE, Ms. Fontenot worked as Chief Financial Officer of InfiniEDGE Software, Inc..  Anne-Marie's daily responsibilities include financial reporting, overseeing daily accounting, and day-to-day operations of multiple business entities.  Anne-Marie is an alumna of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and enjoys watching LSU sports, participating in outdoor activities, and furthering her education during her free time.

Stephen Henriques, Financial Analyst, joined MCC RE in 2016.  Stephen is responsible for assisting in the financial analysis of potential development deals, through maintaining and updating pro-forma's, estimating inputs such as, rental/daily rates, occupancy, expenses and margins, and researching any other factors affecting the economics of a deal.  Stephen's primary goal is to help and support the MCC RE team wherever needed.  He was previously employed at ExxonMobil, as an Analyst, and prior to that, graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University, while participating on the football team, as a Safety, and graduating with Honor's.  Stephen is an alumnus of the Beta Upsilon Chi fraternity and enjoys volunteering through the children's ministry at his church.  He is currently a CFA Candidate, having completed Level I and II.

Mary Grace Verges, AIA, Development Architect, joined MCC RE in late 2016.  Mary Grace is the in-house licensed Architect assisting the team through all phases of pre-development, development, construction, marketing, and operations.  Her roles and responsibilities at MCC RE transect a wide range of projects at a variety of scales.  Mary Grace graduated with a professonal degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University and a Masters from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.  She began her career as an Architect with Eskew+Dumez+Ripple Architects working primarily in hospitality and on large scale urban planning projects.   Mary Grace loves not only designing, but also having the opportunity to contribute to all sides of the development and construction process.  Her spare time is spent playing with her favorite fur-child Biscuit, traveling to new places, or sitting at a beach doing absolutely nothing.

Jeannine Ford, Corporate Administrator, joined MCC RE in December 2016.  She has a strong background in all aspects of commercial construction project management and several years in the commercial property management field.  Her commercial construction background includes large ground up new construction projects for government entities, educational institutions and renovations to large public sports venues.   Jeannine's role at MCC RE will be a facilitator to pre-development, development, construction projects along with the daily responsibilities of the corporate management.   Jeannine was born and raised in the New Orleans area but after graduation from Auburn University work transferred her throughout the southeast to manage numerous projects.  In her free time, she enjoys parading with her favorite Mardi Gras Krewe, painting, making costumes, spending time with family and fishing in the beautiful but fragile Louisiana marshes.

Karl Bulot, Operations and Development, Karl plays a key role in operations and development to organize synergies and best practices for efficient operation of our assets.  Karl is an industry veteran with more than 27 years of Hotel and Casino experience.  Karl started his hospitality career in New Orleans in Engineering.  He then moved into Construction and Development in the Casino Industry.  After working with some of the top brands in the Hotel and Casino Industry in a development role, he made his transition into operations in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Operations.  His most recent roles were as General Manager of Hotel and Casinos with Hard Rock International.  Karl is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor Degree in Management and Finance.  Karl resides in Diamondhead, Mississippi with his wife Lisa, his sons Nicholas & Nathan and daughter Ashley.  Karl enjoys family time, hunting and fishing as well as attending his children's functions.
